Licence & Usage
This describes how SiteDocs Pro documents may be used once they go on sale. Nothing is purchasable during the pre-launch phase. This is a plain-English draft for the owner's legal review.
Draft notice: This document is a working draft for the business owner's legal review and should be checked by a qualified lawyer before the site goes live.
Single-business licence
When documents go on sale, each purchase grants a single-business licence: the buyer may use the document for their own projects and their own business only.
What you may not do
- No resale of the document, in original or modified form.
- No redistribution or sharing outside your own business.
- No sub-licensing or on-selling to third parties.
- No use as the basis of a competing template, checklist or document product.
Suitability is the buyer's responsibility
You are responsible for confirming that a document is suitable for your specific project, contract and jurisdiction before you rely on it. Our documents are tools, not legal advice.
Free revisions
Where we reissue a document you have bought — for example because a referenced law or standard changed — we provide the updated revision free. You never have to re-buy a document you already own just to keep it current.
Standard-form contract references
Our documents never reproduce the text of any standard-form contract. Names such as AS 4000, AS 4901, AS 4902 and FIDIC are used only to identify the type of contract a checklist relates to, and do not imply any endorsement or affiliation.
